"Not a lot to choose from"
I went in sometime last week, or maybe the week before, expecting there to be a decent selection, but it felt limited. A lot of the styles looked the same, and the sizes I needed were missing. I looked around for a bit but couldn’t find what I had in mind, so I ended up just leaving.

The order itself went through okay, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the communication was kind of vague, like they were only giving me the bare minimum on purpose. I had to ask twice for updates, and the replies were really short, almost like there was some secret customer-service script they weren’t allowed to break from. Not a terrible experience or anything, but I definitely felt like they could’ve explained what was going on a lot better.
"Quick help, mystery updates"
Support got back to me really fast, which was great. The only thing I’d change is the updates being a bit clearer, because apparently guessing what’s happening next is part of the experience.

"Order processing was slower than expected"
I placed my order and it felt like it just sat in processing for way too long. To be fair, I get that delays can happen and I don’t expect everything to be instant, but I would’ve appreciated clearer updates instead of having to keep checking myself. For a site like Pushas, I expected the process to feel a bit smoother. The wait was frustrating, and it’s made me hesitant to order again...

My first impression of the checkout page made me hesitate. It looked a little sketchy, and there wasn’t much information about how my card details were being handled or whether the payment was fully secure.
The order did go through, but I found myself checking my bank afterward just to be safe. Maybe everything is fine, but they really should make the payment security details more obvious. Not exactly the feeling you want when buying sneakers.

I got my pair from pushas.com they came pretty much exactly how they were described. The box had a couple of small dents, but I don’t really get why anyone would make a huge deal out of that when the shoes themselves were clean and looked legit.
There was one tiny mark on the sole, but it wasn’t anything serious and definitely not enough to ruin the purchase for me. Overall I’m happy with them and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Not Sure these Are Legit"
I ordered a pair right away something just felt Off. The box, tags, and stitching didn’t look the same as my other pairs, and there was also this weird smell that made me question it even More.
I reached out asking for some kind of proof they were authentic, but the replies didn’t really clear anything up. They felt copy-pasted, so maybe other people had a better experience, but I don’t trust it Now and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I was surprised by the fit. I ordered my usual size, the same one I wear in most other brands, but this ran way too small. Compared to similar items I’ve bought from competitors, the sizing feels really off. I’d definitely recommend sizing up

I had to reach out after placing my order, and the response took a little longer than I expected. They did fix the issue in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, the support was kind of hit or miss, helpful once they got back to me, but definitely could’ve been faster.

"Pricing felt a bit off to me"
I was checking out a pair on Pushas and the price just seemed way higher than what I was seeing elsewhere. I get that sneakers can be expensive, and it’s not even about that, but the markup didn’t really feel fair to me. It kind of felt like I was paying extra for no clear reason, so I ended up passing. Just wasn’t for me.

The exchange ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to keep chasing for updates, and it took so long that it pretty much threw off the plans I’d made around having it sorted quickly. It did get done in the end, but the whole thing was really annoying

"Tracking made the wait easier"
I ordered from pushas the tracking was decent. Like, I kept checking it randomly during the day, forgot about it, then checked again at night, and it had actually updated when the package moved, which was nice. It gave me a good idea of when to expect it, even if the delivery took a tiny bit longer than I was hoping. Not a huge deal though. The shoes showed up in good condition in the end, so overall I’m happy with it...

"Return worked out, but the policy feels a little slippery"
I had to return a pair, and the process wasn’t that difficult overall. The annoying part was how slow the replies were and how unclear the updates felt along the way. It also kind of felt like there were little policy loopholes that made things more confusing than they needed to be, like you have to read between the lines to know what actually applies. It did get sorted in the end, but I wish they were faster and more upfront about the return steps...

"Frustrating on my phone"
Trying to use the site on my phone was a pain. The pages felt cluttered, and I kept losing track of where I was. The filters weren’t very clear either, and checkout took way longer than it should have, which was just ridiculous. Maybe it’s better on a desktop, but on mobile it was frustrating.

Checking out was super easy and fast, which was a relief. The only tiny drama was waiting for the confirmation to come through, it took a bit longer than I expected, and for a moment I was left in suspense.

"Refund finally showed up, eventually"
I returned a pair of shoes and then got to enjoy the lovely experience of waiting forever for my refund. Customer support did reply, just not exactly in any kind of hurry. I did get the money back in the end, so I guess that’s something, but the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.

Shipping took longer than I expected, and it kind of felt like they could’ve been a bit more upfront about that. But the item did arrive exactly as described, and support actually got back to me when I reached out. Overall, they seem trustworthy, and I’d probably order from them again. 4 stars from me.

I got exactly what I ordered, the size was right, the colour was what I expected, nothing was missing or weird, and even though the tracking took a little while to update after I placed the order, it all arrived fine in the end so I can’t really complain.
